2
Phone Interview
A preliminary interview conducted over the phone to screen candidates before inviting them for in-person interviews.
3
Face-to-Face Interview
An in-depth interview conducted in person, often at the company’s office, where candidates meet with hiring managers, team members, and sometimes higher management.
4
Offer
After evaluating all candidates, the company extends an offer to the selected individual. This offer includes details about the job role, salary, benefits, and start date.
5
Introduction & Onboarding
Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. This includes introducing the new hire to the team, providing necessary training, and helping them acclimate to the company’s environment and culture.
6
Probation Period
During the initial months of employment, typically referred to as the probation period, both the employee and employer assess if the employment is a good fit. Regular feedback sessions are conducted to help the new hire improve and integrate into their role.
