Our story
P ersici Financial Services Limited (“PFS”) is incorporated in England and Wales with company number 10805038. PFS is incorporated in June 2017 and is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) under the Firm Reference number 812820 in November 2018. PFS is registered with the HMRC anti-Money Laundering Supervision under the registration number XXML00000127871.
Since our registration with the FCA, we have been actively providing money swap services. Over the years we have expanded our services to the money exchange and remittance services. We seek to improve our partnerships with major money service providers to expand our range of services for the customers. We do not trade under the PFS name. We trade under the names of “UK Exchange” and “Sarafi UK”.
PFS’s goal is to bring compliant money services to customer’s fingertips. In order to achieve this goal, we focus on using Information Technology (“IT”) and improving our infrastructure every day. Therefore, we classify ourselves as a member of UK’s FinTech community.
Our motto is being “Simple, Honest and Dedicated”. We believe that by adherence to our motto, we progress forward while we build and maintain a strong relationship with our clients and partners.
PFS’s Brand is part of Persici Group. However, PFS operates independently of Persici Ltd.
